Privacy is not a feature at Trace — it is the foundation. We collect as little as possible and never sell, rent, or trade your information. This policy explains the limited data we handle and why.
What we collect
When you request whitelist access, we store the email address you provide so we can review your request and reach you if you are approved. We do not require your real name, location, or any government identifier to join the waitlist.
How we use it
Your email is used solely to evaluate your whitelist request and to send you an invitation if approved. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Data minimization
We believe the safest data is the data we never hold. We retain whitelist requests only as long as needed to administer membership, and you may ask us to erase your record at any time.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us at privacy@trace.mom. We will respond promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify whitelisted members directly.
