These terms govern your access to and use of Trace. By requesting whitelist access or using our services, you agree to them.

Whitelist membership

Access to Trace — including signing in and purchasing — is reserved for approved whitelist members. We review each request individually and may grant or decline access at our discretion.

Lawful, non-violent use

Trace exists to protect individual agency and property rights through non-violent cryptographic means. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to further any violent, fraudulent, or coercive purpose.

Self-custody and responsibility

Monetary sovereignty carries responsibility. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your keys, credentials, and assets. We cannot recover lost keys or reverse settled transactions.

No financial advice

Nothing on Trace constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and for complying with the laws that apply to you.
